Food in Canada: Dr. Amy Proulx wins Tabbies Award

On September 6, Food in Canada announced that the outlet won three 2024 Tabbies Awards from Trade, Association, Business Publications International (TABPI).

The magazine’s popular Focus on Food Safety column earned the columnist Dr. Amy Proulx a Bronze Award in the Department category. Professor and Program Coordinator in NC’s Culinary Innovation and Food Technology program, Dr. Proulx brings her expertise in culinary innovation and food technology to the column, providing valuable insights to readers.
