Spring Convocation is just around the corner and RSVP is now open!

All students planning to attend convocation are required to RSVP. Please RSVP by Monday, June 3, 2024. This deadline is crucial as it is required for students to attend their convocation ceremony.

Each graduate who RSVPs to attend convocation on campus is invited to bring up to three guests seated in the Simplii Financial Athletic Centre. Guest seating will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and overflow seating will be available in an adjacent auditorium.

RSVP can be completed through MyNC (see: How-to: RSVP for Convocation).

Spring Convocation ceremonies will be held at the Welland Campus in the Simplii Financial Athletic Centre from Monday, June 10, 2024, to Saturday, June 15, 2024. For those unable to attend in person, we will also be offering a live-stream option for graduates and their families and friends to join virtually.

Deadline to Meet Graduation Requirements:

Don’t forget, the deadline to meet graduation requirements for Spring 2024 Convocation is May 13, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. Students with any questions are asked to contact [email protected] with their name, student ID number and program.

Share Your NC Memories:

We are collecting NC memories from graduates in advance for a “Year in Review” feature that will premiere during on-campus and live-stream convocation ceremonies. Photo and video submissions can be accessed here.
