Niagara this Week and the three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) announced that final term brewmaster students at Niagara College are hopping with excitement to show off their latest concoctions at the upcoming Project Brew – Pints in the Pines showcase event.
Brewmaster Professor Jon Downing is quoted in the article: “Project Brew is a great opportunity for students to showcase the knowledge and expertise they have acquired throughout the program and share it with their families, friends and community members.”
