The Centre for Organizational Excellence is now accepting Tuition Assistance Program applications for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
In line with the Strategic Plan and NC’s continued investment in our employees, the Tuition Assistance Program assists qualified, full-time employees and regular part-time support and administrative staff to pay for a portion of the tuition costs associated with eligible educational endeavors.
Applicants who are accepted into the program will receive up to 50 per cent of the cost of tuition, books, or exam fees for any credit or non-credit course offered by an accredited postsecondary institution, professional body, or accrediting organization up to a lifetime maximum as indicated below. The program covers tuition, books, and exam fees only.
All eligible ongoing, full-time employees and regular part-time support and administrative staff of NC who have completed their probationary period by March 31, 2024, are invited to apply for the program.
Available funding for tuition, books, and exam fees are as follows:

As a reminder, for credit courses, application periods will open in the Spring and Fall. For non-credit courses, applications will be accepted throughout the year.
