As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, I’m pleased to share that Niagara College’s 2023 Employee Engagement Survey will be conducted from November 21 to December 5.
Over the last 17 years, these surveys have been an important tool to measure our progress, drive improvement, and better support you in your work. As the College continues to grow, we recognize the enormous value of your insights and feedback when it comes to our organizational culture and our collective efforts to support student success.
Your feedback is used to develop departmental action plans that will help to shape future improvements at NC. I am so very proud of the truly remarkable changes we were able to make as a result of feedback from 2021, which you can read more about on InsideNC.
The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete, and the more faculty and staff who participate in the survey, the more reliable and actionable the results.
The online Employee Engagement Survey will open on November 21. We have once again partnered with TalentMap, a company that specializes in employee engagement measurement and benchmarking. You will receive an email from TalentMap inviting you to complete the survey when it is live.
All feedback given through the survey is completely confidential. No individual responses will be shared with college leadership, only group responses will be shared.
