A Benchmark lunch event on Nov. 17 will support the NC Cares in a United Way campaign.
Support NC Cares United Way campaign by attending an Asian-themed buffet for lunch. NC Culinary Arts students have curated a menu that captures the essence of Asia’s gastronomic wonders. Culinary students will prepare the food as part of their Global.Gastronomy course that promises to transport taste buds across the vibrant and diverse flavors of the continent!
The Asian themed buffet to support the United Way will take place on Friday November 17 between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at Benchmark.
For $20 per person, guests may embark on a culinary adventure featuring dishes from various Asian cuisines. Including Butter Chicken, Thai Green Curry, Pad Thai, Channa Dal, Pork Adobo, Rice and Naan bread, and more.
Proceeds will contribute to the NC Cares United Way campaign, helping make a positive impact in our community.
