The NOTL Local shared Niagara Parks’ release highlighting its partnership with NC for A Shot of History, a War of 1812-inspired event at Old Fort Erie. It highlights NC Craft beer and historically-inspired food pairings, as well as the hands-on experience NC students will gain by serving guests and sharing the beverages they help create.
