Eagle Valley News reported on a new partnership between NC and Okanagan College (OC) that will expand wine education across Canada’s leading wine regions. An agreement between the two institutions will see NC’s Winery and Viticulture curriculum customized to the Okanagan region, offering OC students training for careers in winemaking, vineyard management, winery operations, and lab-based roles tailored to the area.
