The NOTL Local highlighted March Break events and experiences at the NOTL Museum including the popular in-person lecture series that is kicking off with The Science of a Good Vintage, presented by Dr. Emily Aubie, Professor of Beverage Alcohol Science at Niagara College, and Winemaker at Trius Winery. Dr Aubie will discuss the scientific elements of winemaking and the chemistry involved in transforming local grapes into Niagara’s award-winning vintages, as well as explore the cultural significance and artistry that goes into every bottle.
