The NOTL Local and Thorold Today shared Niagara College’s release about the return of the Chef Signature Series.
The series will kick off this fall with a special dinner at Benchmark Restaurant, located at NC’s Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, featuring celebrated Ontario chef Zach Keeshig of Naagan Restaurant in Owen Sound.
