Niagara College is proud to host its first-ever Indigenous Education Community Services Fair, a two-day event dedicated to connecting Indigenous students with a wide range of community resources that support health, wellness, and student success.
The event will take place on:
- Sept. 24 at the Learning Commons, Welland Campus, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- Sept. 25 in Room N018, at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
The Services Fair will highlight local Indigenous community organizations and their programs, as well as on-campus supports including Health, Wellness and Accessibility Services (HWAS) and Student Rights and Responsibilities Office (SRRO).
Students can expect to connect with services and resources in areas such as:
- Mental health and well-being;
- Housing and food support;
- Local Indigenous-led community programs; and
- On-campus wellness and advocacy services.
This welcoming and supportive event is designed to ensure Indigenous students at Niagara College feel connected and empowered, with the tools they need to thrive both academically and personally.
