Niagara College flags have been lowered to honour the memory of Jill English, an Academic Advisor in the School of Academic and Liberal Studies and the School of Environment and Horticulture and Part-Time Professor in the School of Academic and Liberal Studies, who passed away on February 1.
Jill first started at Niagara College in 2005 as a part-time member of the Continuing Education department. She later became a Part-Time Professor in 2009. Over the years, Jill held various roles at NC, including Customer Service Representative in Continuing Education, Student Advisor, Enrolment and Grad Advisor, Career and Academic Advisor, and Student Success Advisor.
Jill’s career as an Academic Advisor and Professor at Niagara College reflected her passion for helping others. Her dedication to her students and colleagues was a testament to her generous heart and commitment to making a difference.
Niagara College extends heartfelt condolences to Jill’s husband, Bobby, her daughters, Emmalee and Rachel, and her extended family, friends, loved ones and colleagues.
