On April 17, CKTB announced that two second-year students in NC’s Honours Bachelor of Business Administration – Hospitality (BBAH) degree program, Alexis Apps and Faith Stewart, have been accepted into a six-month academic exchange program offered by the University of Florida and Walt Disney World® Resort Academic Exchange.
The segment highlights that the pair will head to Florida in July to attend classes and earn credits from the University and gain valuable work experience at Walt Disney World® Resort. The segment also notes that Apps and Stewart are the first NC students to participate in the exchange program post pandemic, joining a select group of just 30 students from across Canada.
