On April 16, the Toronto Star, Hamilton Spectator and three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Review, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) released an article on how Ontario colleges are bracing for a drop in international students this fall.
NC President Sean Kennedy is quoted in the article touching on how the College is “well-positioned” to adapt to the changes and is seeing encouraging trends in domestic enrolment: “We’re seeing encouraging trends in demand from domestic students and we’re confident that with the right strategies we can maintain the overall momentum we’ve seen at our Niagara-based campuses in recent years.”
