Savour mouthwatering dishes from around the world prepared by NC Culinary Management students at the Global Food Tour Reception. As part of the final project in the Global Gastronomy course, students will showcase their cooking and hospitality skills as they prepare international-inspired dishes right in front of you.
The Global Food Tour will take place April 16 in the Benchmark Dining Room from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
NC staff and students are being offered a 20% discount on tickets, which can be purchased here. The discount code can be accessed via this announcement posted to both the employee and student portals.
Students will be exploring flavours from a variety of cultures, including Indigenous cuisine, Central/South America, Japan, India, The Middle East, and Germany. Each food station will offer something unique, so bring your appetite and try something new.

- Mini Bento with Sushi, Gyoza, and Tempura

- Tortellini in Broth and Tiramisu
