The three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) announced that Niagara’s French-speaking Catholic school board, Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir, appointed NC alumnus Jean Max Philomé (Human Resources Management program, 2015) as a new trustee.
