On November 22, Giant FM shared the recent announcement that through a partnership with NC, the Niagara Catholic District School Board (NCDSB) and District School Board of Niagara (DBSN) is making it possible for grade 11 and 12 students to pursue two college credits in health care and early childhood education.
Two new programs through the School College Work Initiative with Niagara College include Communication in Healthcare 1, and Foundations of ECE 1.
The segment notes that successful completion awards students with college and high school credits with the added benefit of tuition free access to resources and transportation.
