A message from Julie Stitt, Director, Centre for Organizational Excellence:
I’m pleased to share that Stephanie Wilson is joining our team as our new Employee Learning and Development Manager. In this role, she will provide leadership to our learning programs, initiatives such as our Tuition Assistance Program, and learning events.
Stephanie is coming to us from RBC where she has been a Senior Manager, Learning Design. At RBC, Stephanie was responsible for leading large-scale learning initiatives and ensuring that these solutions were impactful and inclusive. Stephanie brings a depth of experience in learning and development and is a committed life-long learner who has a Masters of Educational Technology, a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and is a Certified Training and Development Professional. Stephanie lives in Stoney Creek with her husband, their two toddlers and their energetic goldendoodle.
She joins us Monday, September 25. Please join me in welcoming her.
