I am delighted to announce that Renee Charles-Glover joined Niagara College in June as the Disability Management Specialist within the HR Services Team.
In this newly created role at NC, Renee will work closely with people leaders on disability management. She will support a broad range of disability and attendance related support programs, policies and processes at the College, including short-and-long-term disability, WSIB claims, medical accommodations, the Employee and Family Assistance Program, and more.
Renee was a Disability Management Specialist at Halton Healthcare in Oakville and has worked in the disability management field at Acclaim Ability Management, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, Manulife Financial, and UPS. Renee is a Certified Disability Management Professional and she holds a Master of Healthcare Administration.
Renee joined us on June 12 and is available to the broader College community who may have questions. In addition to working with their HR Consultants, people leaders are invited to consult with Renee.
