On March 8, Mexican outlet Milenio published a profile piece on Chefs Michael and Anna Olson who visited Mexico to speak about their experience at NC and enlighten local students on the educational opportunities at the College.

Chef Michael Olson is quoted in the article speaking to the convenience NC offers by allowing him to teach in smaller class sizes: “Our classes are small group classes [so students] don’t get lost in a [large community of people]. There are 35 students and you don’t feel alone because you have support throughout the process…”

María Fernanda Viramontes, Global Business Development, North & Central America at Niagara College is also quoted in the article: “Niagara College is a public institution for [international students] to come, get educated and learn about a topic that interests them and then they can work and eventually they may be permanent residents.”
