Chef Professor Olaf Mertens and a team of culinary student teams are presenting a culinary pop-up lunch for a cause.

On October 4, a variety of items will be available for purchase in the Benchmark Dining Room (HT 100) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Menu items include: fried chicken sandwich with disco retro fries, plant-based sandwich with disco retro fries, chocolate chip ice-cream sandwich, and strawberry milkshakes.

Culinary pop-ups were introduced this fall by NC’s new Culinary, Tourism and Beverage Studies Division. Find out what’s next on the menu, and get the latest information about upcoming pop-ups, festivals and ticketed dining events at niagaracollege.ca/culinaryarts/culinaryservices/.
