A message for the Centre for Organizational Excellence (COE):

COE is excited to launch our Winter/Spring 2022 Professional Development (PD) Calendar.

PD courses are open to all part-time and full-time employees and feature a variety of sessions offered at various times throughout the term to better accommodate employee schedules. For Winter/Spring 2022, sessions will be offered in-person.

COE will continue to monitor the global pandemic, in-person or virtual delivery will be confirmed with participants prior to the start of the program.

This calendar will offer a course specifically created for Support Staff. This course will run in March and focus on understanding motivations, strengths, and potential areas for growth. Ask your manager for the schedule.
