The Centre for Academic Excellence (CAE) continues to share resources and facilitate programs in support of effective teaching and learning, including a collection of upcoming webinars on key elements of online course development and delivery.

In addition to the webinars, the CAE has developed Design, Develop and Deliver: A Guide for Effective Online Teaching. This comprehensive web-based resource addresses over 30 frequently asked questions and includes evidence-informed recommendations, concrete examples, and step-by-step instructions to assist faculty in planning, building and delivering an effective online course.

The CAE also wants to connect faculty with some of the best external resources that are emerging to support online instruction. The latest resources, as suggested by NC’s Educational Developers, include the ACUE Online Teaching Toolkit, Learning Online Hub for Students, Graphic Online Course Organizer, and Test Randomization Resource.
