Steve Henschel covered NC’s Project Brew event in the Niagara Dailies, including Niagara This Week and The St. Catharines Standard. Twenty original student-crafted brews were served up to the community at this sold-out event on Friday, August 9 at Market Square in St. Catharines. NC’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students drew inspiration for Augtoberfest from the Oktoberfest beer gardens in Germany.
The event is also a networking opportunity for soon-to-be graduates, attended by local craft brewers who are interested in sampling student talent.
