The annual Key Performance Indicator Student Satisfaction (KPI) Survey – traditionally administered at colleges across Ontario each February – will take place a little later this year.
The postponement recognizes that over the past few months, colleges have dedicated their efforts and classroom time to ensuring that students successfully completed a shortened fall term, and had a strong start to the winter semester.
The province has asked colleges to deliver the survey within the month of March. At Niagara College, we have scheduled the survey for March 19-29.
The KPI Student Satisfaction survey is an important tool for us, as it informs our continuous improvement efforts and other initiatives designed to meet and exceed the evolving needs and expectations of our students. Historically, the survey has positioned Niagara College as a leader in student satisfaction, while demonstrating that our graduates get jobs, and employers are very satisfied with the skills and knowledge that NC grads bring to the workplace.
