Niagara College’s participation in the annual Soups On! fundraiser is featured in an article posted by Erie Media on January 10.
The article highlights the luncheon which is taking place January 26 at St. Kevin’s Parish Hall in Welland. The event raises funds for a social justice scholarship fund available to graduating students from area high schools.
Staff and students from NC’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute will join those from local secondary schools in preparing soup for the luncheon.
