Pancake breakfast for United Way Nov. 12

pancake flyerThis week, Chartwell’s is hosting a pancake breakfast in support of the United Way campaign.  Join us on Nov. 12 at the NOTL Campus from 8:30-10 a.m; and at the Welland Campus on Nov. 19 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. for a delicious breakfast of pancakes, hashbrowns, and coffee/tea/juice all for just $5.  All proceeds go to the campaign – bring your coworkers, friends, and students and fill your tummies while lending a helping hand.

Later that day when you’re craving a caffeine fix, visit the SAC Shack at either campus and buy a latte in support of the United Way. SAC is generously donating 50 cents from every latte sale until November 21 to the campaign.  If you haven’t tried their new specialty coffees yet, head on over and drink up!

The United Way Campaign has raised over $16,774 to date.  We’re aiming to raise $40,000 by December 2014 and need your support to make that goal a reality.  Please visit the donation portal at niagaracollege.ca/donate to make a pledge through payroll deduction benefitting any United Way or charitable organization of your choice.  If you’d prefer to make a donation by credit card or cheque, please contact Michelle Carile at mcarile@niagaracollege.ca or ext. 7292.

Remember, we’ll be drawing for prizes at the campaign closing ceremony at the President’s Holiday Reception in December.  Get your name into the draw by making a pledge, and join us for a great celebration of our campaign’s success in a few short weeks.

For more information, please contact this year’s United Way Campaign Co-Chairs:
