Annual Awards of Excellence are granted to an employee from each sector:
· Support Staff,
· Faculty, and
· Administrative Staff.
These individuals exemplify outstanding characteristics in the areas of personal qualities, leadership, customer service, and demonstrate an extraordinary effort and work performance.
Any full-time or regular part-time employee of Niagara College may nominate or second a candidate who is also full-time or regular part-time.
