Our chefs present Ottawa cuisine — in Niagara

Ottawa-based food writer Ron Eade travelled to Niagara to experience Niagara College’s Chef Signature Series event on March 29.

The event, Flavours of the Ottawa Valley, featured five Ottawa area chefs including Steve Mitton, chef and owner of Murray Street Kitchen; Norm Aitken, chef, Juniper; Patrick Garland, chef, Absinthe Café; and John Taylor, chef, Domus Café.
