Record 26 Knights earn prestigious CCAA National Scholar awards

NC KnightsThe NC Knights are very well represented on the recently-released list of CCAA National Scholarship Award recipients, with a record 26 Niagara College student-athletes earning this prestigious accolade.

The National Scholar Award is designed to recognize the outstanding academic accomplishments of CCAA student-athletes. To be recognized, a student-athlete must achieve honours standing at their institution in the current academic year and compete as a member of one of their institution’s intercollegiate sport teams.

Niagara College manager of athletics & recreation Matthew Davies commented “We continue to build our high performance culture by establishing excellence first and foremost in the classroom. Building on the success of our student-athletes last year, we have set a new record for CCAA National Scholar Award winners at Niagara College. These are truly the leaders of our intercollegiate programming who will help elevate the Knights to the next level.”
