Speaker Series: Food and Beverage Innovation

Niagara Research is in the midst of several fascinating applied research projects. To educate staff, students, and the public on our current endeavors, we will be hosting multiple Speaker Series events, each focusing on a specific specialization.

Join us on October 29 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in W212 (NOTL Campus) to hear about our current projects in Food and Beverage Innovation. Our research associates will share recent accomplishments, such as the creation of a market-ready alcohol-free lager for MADD Virgin Drinks that matches the flavour profiles of an alcoholic lager, but with less alcohol than Coca-Cola.

Future events will cover alternative specializations and topics of interest. Aside from the October event mentioned above, one event remains for the fall semester:

November 26, 2012 – Precision Agriculture & Environmental Technologies – NOTL Campus – W212

Speakers: Sarah Lepp, Steve Niles

How to register

The Speaker Series events are open to both Niagara College and the external community. To help us accommodate everyone interested, please try and register in advance through your co-curricular record (for students) or by sending an email to  research@niagaracollege.ca, listing Speakers Series in the subject line.
