If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-p-regular\">If you have any questions about the submission process, please contact Human Resources at <a href=\"mailto:humres@niagaracollege.ca\"><strong>humres@niagaracollege.ca<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n  <div  class=\"panel is-style-blue pl wfw\">\r\n\r\n\t\t \t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\r\n<div class=\"introduction b l\">\r\n   Important Information<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n<p>As per article 26.10D and 26.10E, once an Associate Dean determines there is a partial-load assignment available, priority consideration will be given to eligible employees who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-arrows\">\n<li>Have at least<strong> eight (8) months of service <\/strong>as defined by 26.10 C within the last four (4) academic years, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have<strong> previously taught a course<\/strong> within the partial-load assignment<strong> in the school offering the assignment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Submitting your maximum teaching hours and meeting the criteria above does not guarantee a partial-load assignment. Partial-load assignments depend on enrolment and program needs each term.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\n\n\r\n<div class=\"introduction b l\">\r\n   Timelines<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-check\">\n<li>Registration is open May 1 \u2013 April 30 each academic year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees should submit their <strong>maximum teaching hour every year by April 30<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If hours are not submitted, an eligible employee will still receive priority consideration; however, preferred hours will not be factored into the assignment
