Diploma, Degree and Certificate Frames

Credential and portrait frames bearing the Niagara College crest will be on sale at each Convocation ceremony. Graduates purchasing a frame can have their credential matted/framed immediately after the ceremony at no extra charge.

A display of frame options will be set up outside the Convocation auditorium prior to the ceremony to facilitate selection and ordering.

Frame pre-orders are available through Alumni Relations. Frames will be ready for pick-up at the graduand’s Convocation ceremony. Proceeds from frame sales fund Niagara College equipment and learning resources and scholarships and bursaries.

Bouquet of roses

Pre-order a bouquet of roses for a Niagara College graduate from Alumni Relations. Roses will be available for pick-up after the graduand’s Convocation ceremony.

Roses will also be available on site for purchase by guests.

Please note that flowers are not worn or carried in the Procession by members of the graduating classes. They may be presented to the graduate after the ceremony.

Graduation Photos

Before Convocation

Graduation photos may be booked with a professional photographer on behalf of the Student Administrative Council. Sittings will be scheduled at all three campuses for students participating in Convocation. Appointments are booked online. Sittings take place in November, from January – April, and in May.

During Convocation

A photographer will be on site to take individual pictures. Pre-orders are available from Alumni Relations. Prices vary according to the photo package ordered. The photographer is available two hours before the ceremony to facilitate scheduled sittings either before or after the Convocation ceremony. Sitting schedules are made on site on a first-come, first-served basis.
