In this course, you will integrate the key learnings you have gained throughout the program by researching organizational supply chain data and using industry software to optimize and recommend improvements to the supply chain network. You will examine challenges from the data and monitor improvements through various KPI's and make recommendations for improvement. Throughout this experience, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of supply chain and logistics issues in all functional areas of the chain of supply and the ability to formulate solutions that meet organizational needs.
