In this course, you will investigate and demonstrate a commitment to living a healthy lifestyle. You will be introduced to the concepts of fitness and wellness through a variety of collaborative learning activities in which you will navigate the wellness continuum, adopt behaviour change strategies and investigate fundamental components of fitness. You will begin to shape your own personal philosophy of healthy living, by documenting and synthesizing your learning experiences in an electronic portfolio.
