You will begin the study of theories and practices involved in the exciting field of Human Resources Management. You will be able to articulate some of the important legislation which affects HRM and will participate in discussions about their application at work. Each student will also work independently reading about an important Human Resource issue and then formulating the implications surrounding that issue in their workplace.
