In this course you will apply basic mathematical techniques in solving problems related to the fitness and health field. This is a one term course designed to teach you the essential mathematic concepts and skills used on the the job by fitness and health professionals. After a review of basic arithmetic you will study ratio and proportions, percentages, and formula manipulation. You will learn how to analyze and interpret data as well as calculate central measures of tendency.
