This course is designed to establish a solid understanding of video game graphics programming through the examination of both two and three dimension space. Students will be introduced to standard graphics algorithms and fundamental techniques such as: texture and sprite manipulation, transformations, scaling, rotations, line drawing, filling, clipping, rendering and texture mapping. A standard computer graphics API such as OpenGL or Direct3D will be used for programming assignments.
