This course integrates curriculum objectives from across the program into an environmental capstone project that explores a question related to sampling, analysis, and/or research. Students will be responsible for the progression of their projects. Students will learn to set reasonable goals and meet deadlines; have the opportunity to practice the technical skills they have learned in class; and demonstrate an ability to work safely and collaboratively, as required in a workplace setting. Project scope and terms of reference will be developed in conjunction with the instructor. Project results will be disseminated in a final report and as a poster presented at a public forum.
