You will create technical writing for various readers in technical workplaces. You will analyze problems/opportunities and produce technical or business documents. Key learning outcomes are thinking critically about workplace situations that affect multiple readers; researching primary and secondary sources; implementing an organized methodology to writing; choosing the appropriate technical format; composing concise, grammatically correct documents; and formatting documents to enhance readability.
