You will develop the tools necessary to meet the communication demands of career opportunities in the community services sector through application of textual and oral presentation strategies to meet the needs of listening and reading audiences. Your practical application of these skills will be strengthened through development of report writing principles which require critical thinking to assess workplace contexts which affect multiple audiences. You will compose and design concise, grammatically correct research-based documents using various professional written, visual, and oral techniques and formats.
