The COE team designs and delivers orientation programs for the College and professional development programs for support staff and administrators. COE leads the College’s engagement days (Day of Reflection and Support Team Day), manages our employee recognition programs (NC ExperieNCe Awards and Awards of Excellence), and learning support programs (Tuition Assistance Program and Leadership Development Fund).
We also provide internal consultation and learning support for organizational change; manages leadership development, succession planning, and team development initiatives; and, in conjunction with other campus units, works to deepen organizational effectiveness.
