Allow Niagara College Career Services to assist you with the recruitment of students who are eager to learn and contribute to the success of your business!

Niagara College prepares students from 23 diverse programs to help your organization meet the need for well-trained employees. Co-ops are paid, career-related work experience that offer on-the-job experience for students and employers having the opportunity to work with new talent for peak seasons, staff coverage, special projects, etc.

Co-op education provides students an opportunity to expand their academic knowledge and enhance their skill development through real world application while making a positive contribution to an organization.

We are pleased to offer you an opportunity to work with our qualified students, while you evaluate and augment their skill development. In return they will offer you their talents, enthusiasm and innovative ideas.
