Niagara College to welcome new students Jan 8-9

Niagara College is preparing to give new students a warm welcome as part of Winter Orientation beginning January 8.

Winter Orientation 2015 is an opportunity for students to become acquainted with college life and meet peers and faculty.  

Orientation Day will be held on January 8 at the Welland Campus (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and the Niagara Falls Campus (9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.); and on January 9 at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Students at each campus will have an opportunity to attend program information sessions tours and a student services fair as well as enjoy a free lunch and pick up Niagara College swag along the way.

Winter Orientation activities will continue Jan. 13 with a NHL 15/FIFA 15 Tournament (NOTL Campus The Armoury register 4 p.m. start 5 p.m.); Jan 15 with a Comedy Night and Pasta Dinner (Welland Campus The Core  7 p.m.); and Jan. 16 with a Mix n’ Mingle (Welland Campus The Core 6-8 p.m.).
