Key Performance Indicators are mandated by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development and indicate annual rates of graduate employment and satisfaction, employer satisfaction, student satisfaction and graduation rate.
The Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development instituted a system of performance measures for its colleges in 1999. The measures are called Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs.
In the past, Niagara College has consistently monitored how well it was providing programs and services for its various student and client groups, and planned its investments accordingly.
Planning and Institutional Research at Niagara College manages KPIs.
