Our Customers Our customers include public and private sector organizations throughout Niagara and the Golden Horseshoe. We provide quick response and flexible options to meet your operating schedules. Quality Assurance Corporate Training Services at Niagara College obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification in June 2001. The certification process included the development of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of service consistently meets client requirements. This accomplishment ensures that both the College and its clients can compete with the best in the world. A recent survey of employers shows that over 94% of clients were satisfied with the services offered through the College's Corporate Training Services. We ensure that training meets both your needs and schedule. Most training is classroom based but is very interactive using role play, specific worksite examples and other means to engage the learner and make the session as interesting as possible.
