Computing & Information Technology Services
Many computer labs are located throughout the College campuses. Some are used in formal class settings, while others are available in an open-access format for completion of course assignments. All labs are open from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday; and access on the weekend is often available with a pass. Students can check with the security office on campus for specific instructions and availabilities.

Open Access labs (PC and Mac) are available for completion of course-related assignments (a list of locations is available on the web site). Internet access is available in these and all other computer labs on campus. Students are assigned e-mail accounts on Niagara servers, and have access to a very wide range of software packages and to information on their own programs, courses, grades, timetables, etc.

The college web site is the focus for information exchange and access to data. The college will, as available and appropriate, provide access to a student’s own records, as well as information on college services and programs of study. A Campus Spotlight feature also provides news on current events and initiatives.

Full and current information on computer standards and policies, services such as grades, timetables, and e-mail; and lab availability is available via the Computing at Niagara site:
http://computing.niagaracollege.ca/
and the Niagara College web portal:

Continuing Education
The Continuing Education department offers three terms annually with more than 500 courses and programs for adult students, mostly on evenings and weekends. Courses cover a broad range of credit, vocational and general interest areas and are offered at locations throughout the Niagara Region.

Students may pursue studies on a part-time basis towards the completion of many certificate and post-secondary programs. Check the Continuing Education calendar for a complete and up-to-date list. Copies are available at local libraries, campus locations and from the department directly.

An on-line version of the calendar is on the college web site. Check cecalendar.niagarac.on.ca
