Food Sciences :

Niagara College offers food sciences faculty and students the opportunity to work with local industry partners on real-world projects through course-based assignments and applied research initiatives.

Students in the Culinary Skills and Management programs learn in fully equipped culinary teaching labs, from internationally recognized chef professors. They have the opportunity to gain experience in both the NCI and on co-op placements in regional, national, and international restaurants and hotels.
