Colleges Ontario
Niagara Research is an active participant of the Heads of Applied Research of Colleges Ontario. Niagara also participates actively in various studies conducted on research in Ontario colleges.
Colleges Ontario Network for Industry Innovation (CONII)
Niagara College is a founding member of a unique consortium of Ontario colleges that collaborate to support applied research and innovation activities in Ontario companies.
Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC)
Niagara Research is actively involved at the national level in the National Research Advisory Committee, and participates in and supports national studies and publications on research in colleges and institutes.
Niagara Interactive Media Generator (nGen)
nGen, located in St. Catharines, is a partnership of Niagara College, Brock University, Silicon Knights, and the City of St. Catharines. It is supported by the Ontario New Media Development fund, and is designed to help develop the new media sector in the Niagara Region. Projects sponsored by nGen include noiseinniagara, an interactive web development project of Niagara College.
VISTA Science and Technology Inc.
VISTA is a spin-off company of Niagara College and Brock University, and specializes in technology and knowledge transfer.
