Staff from the Niagara Culinary Institute as well as prominent leaders within the culinary industry work side-by-side with the students in an interactive environment. Valuable experience can be gained on campus by working in world-class facilities such as the Niagara Culinary Institute Dining Room.

Students enjoy opportunities to participate in local and international activities as part of their learning experience obtaining valuable insights and exposure around the globe.

Upon graduation, students are prepared to launch their culinary careers and capitalize on the many resources of our regional and international partners in all corners of the world.

The Niagara Culinary Institute (NCI) is a part of Niagara College, one of Ontario's 24 publicly-funded Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology, and has no affiliation with the Niagara-on-the-Lake Culinary School, a private career college that has been the subject of recent media stories.
